Welcome to Milestone Meadows
About Me
Hey there! I’m Jessica, a Child Development Specialist helping children and educators grow through real-life emotional support. I am so happy you're here!
My work blends developmental insight, classroom experience, and gentle, family-centered guidance — rooted in connection, not pressure.
I support parents, educators, and early childhood programs through coaching, assessment, and social-emotional learning experiences.
Because early support matters — and small changes create lifelong impact.
Why I Created Milestone Meadows
Through my experience in early childhood classrooms, I’ve seen how often children struggle not because they can’t learn, but because they don’t yet have the tools to manage big feelings, communicate their needs, or navigate social situations.
I’ve also seen how overwhelming it can feel for parents and educators who want to help—but aren’t always given practical strategies that actually work in real life.
That’s why I created Milestone Meadows.
To bridge the gap between what we know about child development and what families and teachers can realistically implement every day.
My Approach
Everything I do is rooted in real-life application. Not just theory. Not just one-time strategies.
I focus on:
building emotional awareness and regulation
supporting communication in meaningful ways
creating consistent, predictable responses for children
giving adults tools they can actually use in the moment
Because children don’t just need to learn skills—they need to practice them in the environments they live in every day.
